What a nightmare

The company have been terrible They have told us that our car was ready to be picked up and we returned the courtesy car only to be told that the car was still awaiting a part as they ordered the wrong part Told we could collect the car and then return it when the part is in Either a car is ready on not it can’t be both Saying it is drivable is not a valid answer to if it is ready or not What a shambles of communication Stressed is not what you expect to be when trying to get your car repaired Still waiting for an update if car will be ready by tomorrow don’t hold up much hope Always quick to say car not ready but did not want to help when we were lied to about car being ready Be honest and stop making excuses for your incompetence
