Happy Astra Purchase

Have to start this review by saying that I am impressed with Reading Global Traders Limited. I recently bought my new car from here, an Astra which is great! I feel the service I received went the extra mile as once I had agreed to buy the car I received a call from the dealership manager to ask if there was anything he could do and how the sales guy was, I liked this touch as it made me feel valued and not just 'another' customer. Whilst speaking to the manager I mentioned the tyre wear was a little low, he then arranged for 3 new replacement tyres for the vehicle, whilst changing the tyres they noticed the brakes were wearing thin and also replaced them for me at no further cost to myself! The only downside is I feel they could do with maybe an extra staff member or two as they have such a large number of vehicles in stock, so if a few people are interested in vehicles on the forecourt at the same time there may then be a wait. Other than that great dealership. I would recommend to anyone.
