Bully and a crook!

Incredibly rude service! Would 100% NOT recommend! My mum who has been a customer for years returned the van with a small scrape caused by another road user. She offered to pay for the damage and apologised. However, the owner went off on one and screamed at her and bullied her into giving him £125 for a minor scrape on a plastic casing, no damage to the glass or function of the mirror. Very unprofessional, much better service out there. Not worth the risk, just go elsewhere.
