Sold me an unfit car

Bought a Tiguan from them a few weeks ago, and took it to my mechanic for a check over, and I was told it was un roadworthy. When I called to explain the issues I was accused of causing the damage myself and refused to pay for the labour. I’m still waiting for the report from “their mechanic” to show what checks they’ve done. But quite frankly I don’t think it exists
