Superb Service & Vehicle From Scott Ward

I got my car from Arnold Clark Peterhead back in January 2022, it was a car that I have wanted for a very long time. I got in touch with the Branch & spoke to Scott Ward (Sales Manager) he went above & beyond to help me with the purchase of the car. He kept me updated at every step of the process & explained everything clearly, with no messing about. He answered all my questions & was an absolute pleasure to deal with, from start to finish. I never forgot that. So fast forward to 2 weeks ago, my partner was looking for a new car & we seen one at another Arnold Clark branch. So, I phoned Scott Ward & explained what my partner had seen & could he help with it? Scott was amazing, he dealt with the whole process of securing the car, getting it taken to the Peterhead Ford Branch & then getting it prepared to a very high standard. He also dealt with my partner & kept her informed & up to date. He arranged for the vehicle to be brought to a branch that was halfway for us & himself. So on Sunday, we made our way to the branch & met his superb colleague J-Jay, it was a superb experience, J-Jay was absolutely amazing, no hassle to deal with & like Scott, he kept us informed of everything. My partner absolutely loves her new car & we both would like to say how fantastic Scott Ward & J-Jay & their team at Peterhead Ford are. I will absolutely recommend Scott Ward & his team to anyone who is looking for a new car. An absolute pleasure to do business with. A massive thank you to you Scott, J-Jay & their team.
