Really disappointed with the sales team at Mercedes Bridgend. I've had my Mercedes for 4 years and was ready for a change. I visited around February 2022 having made an appointment. When I arrived the sales person had no record of my appointment. He did see us despite the fact he had no idea what we were there for. During this visit he told me that they could not get me a new car by the end of August 2022. He did offer to buy my car but that was really all they could do for me. I understand that the current market is difficult to get new cars at the moment but at no point was I made to feel like they wanted me to continue as a customer. I was then contacted by Mercedes on 25th May about coming in to discuss options again. Despite my previous disastrous visit I decided to let Mercedes have another shot! We arrived 9.00a.m. for the appointment I had made and once again no record of the meeting. Two sales people sat at their desks with no body with them. One gentleman had said he would be with us in a moment (to the lady at reception) and he actually walked out of the dealership without even a word to us. What was the point! Why make bookings with customers if you don't want the business. I'm baffled and disappointed by the poor customer service at Mercedes, Bridgend. Having had a variety of car makes such as Ford, Mazda, Renault and Hyundai this has to be the worst customer care from a car dealership I have ever encountered. Really poor!
