Disgusting company

I traded my car to down grade and was charged £3600 for a Mondeo that it turns out is worth 600. Ray the person who sold the car has left and they don’t return calls despite ripping me off by over £3000. Chap I spoke to today at lunch time said they’d definitely call back and sort something out. They haven’t. They sold me a car who had one owner and was a family friend. Now I’ve checked 8 owners and they have cost me over £3000. Avoid at all costs!
