Never again
I would never by a nissan or enter wigan nissan dealership ever again. Bought a new Nissan from chorley nissan in wigan in Dec 2021 I was told by Bryan " I'd get a better deal to do it then rather than after Christmas" so we agreed on price for mine and what I had left to pay. Paid deposit and nissan in wigan signed the order form. The date was given for delivery was April then it went to may then April then back to may 10th. May 10th came and went and got a call saying its now going to be 10th June they then informed me they were taking £1000 of the price for mine as its gone down in price I rang citizens advice bureau who told me that because they signed form they have breached the contract and common law . I rang nissan head office and sent them picture of the form and explained what had happened. I then got a called from manager julian from nissan in wigan who was so rude and patronising demanding to know the name of the person from citizens advice bureau. Stating that it was in terms and conditions that the price for mine will change, which I tried explaining there was nothing on the order form or in paperwork folder. Which I said " I'll send them to you " which for me is 6 months to late. I told him citizens advice said about going to trading standards which he laughed and shouted " go on then please do". He then started to slag off my dad (who had rang them in April to ask why date was changed) saying Bryan had said my dad called him a liar (which my dad didnt) he then started to demand that I gave him my dad's phone number by then I was so angry I hung up. I then rang head office again as I did not think it was professional for a manager to do this. Which Head office replied they are the manufacturer and have no dealings with dealerships and I'd have to pay the extra £1000, never mentioned the unprofessional way the manager behaved or the way I have been treat. I have since got my deposit back which the managers and Bryan hid in office and didn't have the decency of apologising.
