Awful. First time I bought a car from them had a great service. This time was awful. Stop start not working properly when purchased, which they then sorted, but one of the mechanics had dropped one of their tools on the car and scratched the paintwork. I took it back into to be retouched, but it has not resolved the issue. I’ve been there several times to try and get Ford Pass app working properly and show me how to use it, but no one there seems to know how it actually works, so I’m still trying to work it out. Was expected to pay for a courtesy car while my car was in for the stop start was being fixed. Had to make a fuss to get the courtesy car for free. While I was buying the car, the sales manager was running down another female buyer, who was paying for her car, making derogatory comments about her. Not what I expect from a dealership. Very poor. Would not recommend.
