Awful customer service

I bought a car the in June last year and it had a tyre pressure fault in the first day which was reported to them and they had a look at first until they discovered it was the module at fault .since then they’ve made excuses that they couldn’t get the part and almost a year later they still haven’t repaired the fault even though they know my MOT is in 3 weeks and it will fail with the fault. Furthermore when I’ve contacted them I’ve been spoken to with total disrespect. Terrible company if something goes wrong. Avoid. I would rate the 0 but not possible
