Horrendous liars

Bought a car from them. Noted the key fob had a problem before purchasing. Asked them to sort. They said they had. Drove car round to me after payment. After purchase I had to pay for diagnostics to find out key fob was knackered!!!! Tried fob me off to go through warranty which doesn't cover keys. I had pay £190 for new key. Asked them to pay and now they won't answer the phone to me. Promise good service but it's all false and lies. Bunch cowboys!
