Worse customer service and lotalty ever
We went to Jemca Bracknell yesterday at 6pm (because it was the earliest we could make it after work) and asked to view a car. After not being quite sure where it was, Davies Williams, our sales person, seemed to find it but he didn't have the keys nor know where they were, so we could only view it from outside, not have a test drive or try to buy it straight away - because, at David put it, there was no time left before closing time at 7 pm. We were really interested in the car and did not plan to finance it, so we booked another slot for today and my husband has left work early today... only to find that someone else was test driving the car THAT WE COULDN'T YESTERDAY and they had actually sold it. We are both shocked by the very poor customer service and lack of work ethics of the Jemca team, who did not respect the order in which we arrived and just would not accept any offer or give us a chance, even when not having bought the car yesterday was not our fault, but their. We are extremely disappointed and will surely not be coming back.
