Horrendous customer service

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered a BMW last November for delivery 1st March, paid deposit no updates throughout from Dan Thompson. Complained and asked never to be contacted by the rep who sold me the car. Spoke to Chris and said he will update me. Guess what no updates at all... recieved a call stating Dan had never sent the order through (February). Recieved a call 24th May from DAN who said mobility had cancelled my order. I rang mobility who informed me BMW had cancelled it. HOW ANGREY WAS I. Rang BMW spoke to a manager (22nd May) Paul Walker who said he would speak to DAN the next day and call me back. GUESS WHAT no call back for 2 days. Horrendous customer service. I am at present left without a car and no explanation or apology. DO NOT ORDER A NEW CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE
