I purchased a motorhome from j&j caravans on the 1st of March 2022 all checks and habitations checks should have been done with all faults rectified and ready and valeted ready for collection not so it had not been valeted Since purchase it has been in a garage 4 times having the jobs done that were promised would be done before collection. I had a habitation check done with a caravan club recognized dealer to find the roof had been damaged and been covered up with silicone the inner walls are wet and parts of the frame and floor are rotten and need to be replaced. I have been in contact with them since I took charge of the M/H I have sent them e.mails and phoned them now I have sent them 2 registered letters and waiting for a reply to my last letter
