Let down
Booked my car in for fault with window at 8am. I was told at 4.30 that they haven't had a chance to look at my car and asked if I could leave with them for an extra day. Kicked off and they finally took a look to discover I did have a fault and have to re-book to replace a window seal on a new car. Still waiting for a call back from manager Matthew Tuffy who is never in or very busy. So disappointed.
