Worst customer service; caused damage.

Took my Car in for a interim service and a few months on discovered the car was leaking oil. I booked car back in for engine inspection. 3 weeks wait before for car could be seen so had a look under hood to discover engine oil cap had not been replaced after earlier service. Oil had leaked all over the engine and my driveway where it had been parked. Contacted the service manager who was at best extremely surly and unresponsive, he lied several times throughout my dealing with the company (I have email evidence). Car was eventually taken in but the problem not sorted to my satisfaction. The whole experience from start to finish was unsatisfactory: dealing with both the service manger and the managing director, who was extremely offensive ,aggressive and tried bullying me. The email trail I have from the company is clear evidence of their unprofessionalism, dishonesty and aggression.
