The guy and his dealership Lanmere London has been in business a long time, so came across as very trustworthy. We judged this for ourselves 3 weeks later when we had an issue with the sensors. Genuinely came across as he cared, he seemed embarrassed we had a problem, so he took out warranty for us and paid out of his pocket £850-1k we found out, paid £150 for parts and even offered to take car back at full price. He offers really high end cars so perhaps was concerned we were at the bottom of the spectrum and shouldnt have any issues.He clearly cares alot about his reputation and his customers. I would go back and tell anyone I know to go there, cant believe how happy I am with this place and the way he looked after us
