Disgusting treatment

I have been to Audi showroom with my family with intentions to buy an electric car. Upon arrival I have been greeted by the receptionist with an attitude. Firstly, demanding an appointment, secondly treating us like we were a timing waster. After a while a sales man approached us and asked few questions to say that he was busy and were calling his colleague to help us. We waited long time and my wife became embarrassed and wanted to leave. To conclude, we decided that that situation was just draining our energy and we left. THEY LOST A POTENTIAL BUYER that was very happy with TESLA customer service and sales attitude. Happily waiting for my Y Model. AUDI, pay attention to your staff and management.
