I was so disappointed with the car and the after service at Motortrust Bristol, they promised the world and delivered nothing. they promised to pay for the MOT and they paid me nothing, they said that they would send the service history through the post, they sent me nothing. I pointed out the gear box was faulty, they said get a quote for the repair, I got nothing. they kept promising me they would put money into bank account after I billed them for the MOT they said they would only pay half and they paid me nothing. we all know how easy and how long a BACS transfer takes, months have gone by and no money even though every time they said they would pay. this outfit is a disgrace to the motor trade stay clear.
