A digrace to the Motor industry

An absolute disgrace to the motor industry. My partner ordered a brand new MINI Countryman in August 2021. Delivery was expected for December 2021, so she called around Christmas to check the status. They hadn't bothered telling her that it was delayed and expected February/March 2022. Several further calls eventually saw the expected date pushed to August 2022. Today they've informed her that they can't build the car she ordered for the price she's paid. If she's prepared to pay more, it 'might' be here in December ... Obviously COVID-19 and the terrible Russian/Ukraine war has caused unforseen and understandable global supply issues, but our review is based solely on the awful attitude and lack of care that we've received from Sycamore MINI. Disgusting!
