I brought a car 3 months ago from Pro Cars, it has been a fantastic car and has not let me down so far. 2 days before my warranty expired I noticed my air con was not working. I took it to a garage who wanted £500 to change the condenser as I saw it was not covered under the warranty. I contacted Dylan who got hold of Nikki who rang me straight back and told me to drop it to them. They changed the condenser free of charge for me and gave me a warranty with that item. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service, I would not hesitate to buy from Pro Cars again.
