I bought an Audi A3 from them just before christmas and can honestly say I had a very very pleasant experience. Upon arrival I was greeted with a cup of tea and they even offered to buy me lunch from across the road. After around 2 months of owning the car one of the headlights went and they replaced it for free and still had the same great hospitality I was given when purchasing the car. I'd highly recommend these guys due to their ability to look after their customers regardless of whether they think they are going to make a sale. A* service from them, thank you Auto Haus.
