Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! Avoid! Avoid! Total waste of time! Bought a used car nearly two months ago. When I called o was told its ready to collect. It wasn't. Aircon wasn't working, no sun visor etc. I took it back to the garage to be repaired and its still there. When I rang them to find out when it will be ready the man on the phone didn't know if the part was ordered when it will be ready and didn't know when courtesy car will be available. Overall I have paid them some money for a cheap used car but I don't drive it because is still in their garage
