Fab Service & exceptional communication

I have used the parts dept and had very very good service there too but now I had to have a service and some work done. Upon arrival I was greeted in such a lovely friendly atmosphere, Andrea dealt with me and was simply amazing and such a credit to the team, her knowledge and general customer service was second to none and kept me informed throughout the day and I feel went above and beyond to ensure my car was ready for the road again, I heard other customers come in and everyone was so welcoming and it was a very relaxing place to be, a refreshing change for a car dealership.
