Grief from the minute I got the Car
Where do we start 10/03/2022 let’s start there the day the car was delivered to me. Since that point it’s been a nightmare My finance settlement for my part exchange was given to the garage on the 04/03/2022 The settlement was then not paid it in time and on the 04/04/2022 I was then paying for the new car and my old car. To the sum of just under £1000 I then had to get a new settlement figure from them which was then eventually paid and my old finance cleared on the 19/04/2022 just the 40 days after they received my old car into they’re stock. And just the 47 days after I gave my settlement letter to them. During this time I tried several times to call them to find out if my finance had been cleared. Due to having ZERO response or answers from CVF. I had to phone my old finance company and put a security block on my old car so it wasn’t sold on before my finance was cleared. I had to go to this measure as I hadn’t heard anything from CVF emails unanswered along with multiple calls with no one answering. Now because of all that I’m due a refund of £500 for my old monthly payment because CVF never paid my settlement in time it’s them who owe me the money. It’s now the 06/05/2022 just the 63 days after the purchase was made and still no refund ( even tho they said it will be done ) and again still no reply to emails or calls. It’s always me chasing them been calling and emailing everyday this full week and spoke to someone twice who just fobs you off and says it’s with accounts and they will chase up. So to sum this up save yourself the hassle and time and don’t buy a car from this Mob. The after sales is woeful. They answer your emails and calls instantly when buying the car but once you’ve got it then couldn’t care less. Absolute shambles
