DO NOT USE BUCKINGHAM OF GUILFORD. If you have an issue and return the car their policy is to withhold payment for 14 days after receipt of the car and it's legal. Customer service is poor to say the least. The car was not as described (missing features) and now 3 weeks down the line still waiting on a new rear window. They even suggested I claim on my insurance for a new window!!! Is that actual legal? After nearly 4 weeks and no fix I returned the car for a full refund and that's when I found out they will hang on to your money for as long as they can.
