Almost complete incompetence
If I could give a No Star review, I would. Apart from our Service coordinator, Hannah, it would appear that there is little competence at Jaguar Preston. My Jaguar XF is 10 years old but has only done 47000 miles. The car was taken into the repair shop on 24th March 2022 for an electrical fault. 6 weeks later, the car is still in the workshop and is likely to stay there for the foreseeable future. Disgraceful! What is worse, in my opinion, is that no senior manager has called to explain, leaving Hannah to suffer my ire on her own. No doubt the repair bill will be astronomical.
