Worst experience ever

Appt was for 1pm. The guy Abbas was running late. Now if your are crunning late cos you have a client, could you but call us and reschedule? No. He Said to give him 20mins. After 20mins. NOTHING 30 mins. 40 mins I told them we like the car and do u want to sell it?? He requested 10 more mins...I said if you're not with us in 10mins,we are Leaving. My 78 yrs old dad was with me. Almost 1 full hrs. NOTHING. We walked out. Never going there again .
