Mr daughter recently purchased a car from ECS and I took her over to collect it. When we got home I noticed there was a noise when the car was in gear. We contacted the owner who collected the car from us the next day and we later received a call from the mechanic telling us there was a gearbox problem. We contacted ECS and were offered three choices - a full refund - wait for the car to be repaired (a courtesy car was offered) or choose another vehicle. We chose the latter, went over the next day to collect another car expecting to pay the £150 difference and was told there would be no extra charge. While disappointed with the first car the follow up service was exceptional and I would not hesitate to use ECS again.
