Can’t Buy a Car Here

So a week ago I went to Bolton Mazda Motor Park ,looking to buy a Mazda CX30.Soent some time there .Received an email today asking if I was still interested.Rang up immediately to be told that the salesman would call me back in 5 minutes .That was four hours ago .How do they sell any cars ? How do they stay in business ? Does anybody care ?Probably not
