Being fobbed off

Had kuga two years Put car in for a service & m.o.t book not stamped getting a noise from the vehicle told it was a plastic box with exccesories I keep in boot they put it behind my seat as if I haven't done that myself still getting noise I've paid for new brake discs & pads was told they we're very corrosive People's ford aren't helpful at all they fob you off People's ford services rubbish
