Poor customer service

Case Number CAS-36436525-X8X4N4 CRM:0383018 Spent 30 k on a 18 month old ST Focus just under 3000 miles in Feb 22 from Hendys Fareham . All seemed good until you have an issue . They told me the car had a 90 point check etc , with that sort of mileage you would expect fault free motoring . Well i noticed the tyre moniter kept coming on saying i was losing pressure . No big deal just pumped them up but this kept happening , then Easter Monday the rear tyres had gone down to a real low level . Decided to go to a tyre centre to get them checked . They said all 4 tyres were heavily perished , i was shocked at the price just under £350 for two . I paid for 2 new tyres to get me out of trouble . Decided to contact Them and explain the issue . I thought i would send them as much proof as i could and found the 90 point check had been done in September 21 . The car had sat for 20 weeks in their compound . The mileage backs that up . I attached the report from the tyre company to prove how bad the tyres were . I still have to put air in the front tyres . The manager was on holiday so could not comment until he returned, but Mitch who was very understanding said he had spoke with him and will be in touch . A week later the manager repiled with the best email ever which i have attached on other sites with images on how bad the tyres are . Could not care about my saftey basically . Have contacted their customer services but don't hold much hope . They told me to book in with my local Ford dealer , so went to do this . I was told i would have to pay for another 2 tyres while they would be sent away to France to be inspected . I will wait for customer services to reply . I just hope Paul Hendy gets in touch to discuss how poorly i have been treated .
