Absolutely Shocking, Avoid at all costs!

Avoid this garage at all costs, 4/5 months ago, I was sold an approved used car at full market value, with VW's "142 approved used checks". I have just had to pay an additional £2000 to replace the headlight and other electronic components in the car, which a technician at another VW garage pointed out was subsequently caused by the car being in a bump..!? This was patched up by Johnsons Solihull and I was not informed in the slightest that the car had any damage. This repair was also not covered by the warranty. The V5C is still outstanding, so I am having hassle with my registration plates 4/5 months down the line. I'm likely going to have to pay DVLA an additional £25 to get a replacement logbook, even though Johnsons Solihull said they'd sort this out for me. They also caused problems with the vehicle I traded-in, I had to wait over a month to receive payment, this affected my credit score. On the whole, as well as the car cost I'm now another £2080 out of pocket. I will not be recommending this garage to anyone! UPDATE: I contacted Johnsons Solihull as per the reply on Google Reviews. After numerous phone calls and hassle which also involved a phone call from Bob Sandhal (the branch sales manager) speaking to me rudely down the phone and also going out of my own way to get quotes to repair additional damage. They have refused to help me at all financially, I am left in a position at which I am out of pocket. I was also lied to about my V5C on numerous occasions by the manager and sales staff! Only after writing this review did they action the application of my V5C to the DVLA which I received 5 working days after. Yet I was told they did this 5 months ago, on several occasions by both the manager and multiple sales staff. Advice: Stay away from VW Johnsons Solihull. If you'd like to buy a new car look elsewhere.
