Smooth and pleasant experience

I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Mercedes Benz of Eastbourne. The whole process was a smooth and pleasant ride from beginning to end thanks to the care of our salesman, Patrick Pearce, not only was he extremely genuine and a true gentleman, but also incredibly professional. When I attended my appointment, I had no intention whatsoever of walking out with a brand new vehicle, actually the very opposite. Patrick took his time and has patiently listened to my concerns which he addressed with no hesitation, making valuable and sensible suggestions without putting me under any pressure or rushing me either way. In the end, thanks to his relaxed approach I have left with a gorgeous C Class and I feel like my dignity is still fully intact.😊 I truly appreciate Patrick’s support every step of the way. Every time I drive my new car or even just look at it I feel the need to pinch myself, thank you Patrick for making a dream come true. You have 10 stars from me! Also a huge thank you to the whole team at Mercedes Benz of Eastbourne as everyone was fantastic and very helpful. Highly recommended.
