General customer service is good and positive thing is free courtesy car. But I had bad experience with the repair. They fitted new mirror after accident but it took six months to make it working as it was before, the mirror down function. They even tried to convince me that my car should not have that function. Also be aware of usual advertising tricks, FREE MOT for live you car bought from them. It works only if you service with them. It was surprise for me after 3 years when I decided to do service in local garage.
