Terrible experience!

This garage has left us with a very bad taste and made us cautious about buying from an independent garage again. They couldn't do enough for us pre sale - post sale, shocking! We purchased a Range Rover Sport which broke down after 1 week, we were promised a second key (which never materialised), we were told it had a full service history and that this would be sent in the post (the administrator wasnt in the day of purchase) - of course this was also a lie. The dash went blank, no blue tooth, no radio - nothing. Worn break pads, banging from underneath the car .... the list goes on. This is a family business and the daughter is rude and unhelpful on the phone (if you could get hold of her) - zero customer service They refused any refund after the third breakdown issue and we lost £6k in 8 weeks with the vehicle when our only option was to part exchange with Land Rover direct.
