A great buying experience, but...

.l recently purchased a used car from Peter Vardy Edinburgh, the experience was very easy and pleasant mainly due to Heera, Who, in my experience, appeared to be a genuine honest polite and helpful bloke. However, the SD card for the satellite navigation which was advertised was not present, I was told it Wasn't There When they received the car, and I was told they would not be replacing it. I understand that this is a a small thing in the complex nature of cars, however I felt I was sold a car that was incomplete. I acknowledge that it was my choice to go ahead and buy the car, and I was aware upon purchase that the SD card was missing. At one point I was informed that they would indeed replace the SD card, to be informed later that that didn't need an SD card as it had Android auto.. I did inform Hera that I wasn't altogether happy about this, Iwas impressed by his polite well mannered approach. Great car by the way!
