Extremely unprofessional and no help av

Wish i had seen these reviews before purchasing from guildauto. Had the car just under 3 months already had to replace discs and pads on all corners. This was after a clean mot provided with car just days before purchasing. Looked back to the previous years mot it had an advisory for discs and pads. All recorded and documented will be passing information to Vosa. 4 days ago car broke down at the side of the road leaving me stranded with a 2yr child at the side of the road. Tried to contact guildauto but couldn't get an answer ended up getting my own garage to recover the car via recovery truck. Tried contacting the dealership for 3 days but never got an answer or reply so asked my own garage to start repairs on the 4th day as I rely on the car for work. I eventually got an answer on the phone with the owner after I explained the issue I was met with some colourful language totally unwarranted I was being completely civil just looking for some kind of help considering it was still in warranty. During the owners rant over the telephone you said contact vosa and trading standards which I have. I've also been lucky enough to have my insurance threw the AA which gives me free legal motor cover. I have now been in contact with their lawyer who finds it ironic you claim AA safe and warranty yet don't honor it. This is now my 5th day with no car thanks to guildauto not to mention the £400 for the discs and pads and now the £800 recovery and repair bill. Just beware before buying from this person.
