BMW R1200 GS

I purchased a 10k R1200 GS a few weeks ago from High-barn and while the customer service was spot on I do have some reservations on the sound of the Engine , it sounds like a bag of spanners . I got the usual dealer response (they all do that ) but funny thing is yes they do but not in the magnitude of the rattle from this bike . I took it to Williams BMW who said it was normal for the LC but the engine is rattily more on the N/S head and the exhaust valve is squeaking so something to look forward to a big bill for a failed exhaust valve and possible large engine repair . I PX a real stunner of a Honda AF1000 with 15k and not a mark on it and the engine sounded like it should , bit disappointed really in the quality of a 23k BMW and i will not have another one . One mistake i will have to live with , i should have walked away from the deal like many on this review page have done .
