Brilliant experience - again!

Got our last 2 cars from here, went back because we had such a great experience both buying and owning our first one - and even part ex’d it back! Mark is really helpful and friendly, prices are very fair and we’re now the proud owners of another great motor. A few very bitter and misguided-sounding reviews on here. Don’t forget, if you’re buying a second hand car from anywhere, there’s always an element of risk to you. The car you’re buying is old, so don’t expect everything to be like brand new, and when it isn’t, don’t immediately blame the dealer. A dealer is a businessman, not your best mate, and if they spent all day listing all the reasons why you shouldn’t buy their cars, they wouldn’t be in business long. Someone mentioned that you should take his cars for a check up straight after buying - obviously, you should take ANY second hand car for a check up straight after buying if you value your consumer rights. With our first car, we had a minor fault which we went back to Mark about within a week - he was great about it and he got it fixed no questions asked. We then owned the car for over 4 years and had absolutely no issues with it. When I was in the market for another (bigger boot as the family is expanding), this place was the first and only place I looked. You go back to a dealer you trust. Would recommend anyone to buy a car from here.
