****AVOID**** I only wish I could give them 0 stars. I purchased a car for £9000 that developed faults after 4 days, I wish I'd known then that according to trading standards I could have returned it within the first 30 days. The salesman became immediately evasive, ignoring messages, avoiding calls, until the 30 days was almost up and then he told me that I "must get a report from an independent garage before we can book it in for diagnostic". I now know this to be illegal, and suspect it was a delay tactic. This saga continued over the proceeding months with the salesman finally saying he can not deal with after-sales, only the owner (Jack) can, but he isn't allowed to give his number out, that's right, a business aftercare who you aren't allowed to have a contact number for! I eventually dropped the car off and left the keys with them. I was contacted 8 days later by Jack, telling me that my car was ready for collection. On driving it home the car broke down again, Jack gave me a lost of things I had to do to fix it, because it's my responsibility to repair a faulty car he sold to me. After many calls to citizens advice I have eventually applied to the courts to get my money back, bearing in mind this started in November and I am writing this in April and still do not have my money back, although I am assured it is on its way (I will up date this when I receive my money). I would strongly recommend against using this garage and wish j had researched it properly before using them, lesson learned.
