Bad experience and disappointing service

We bought a BMW in mid-February and the car was in extremely poor condition which all the basic functions like bluetooth and USB connection to audio system were fail, navigation system was malfunction etc. While we checked the car in detail, most of the electric wire were cut, leading to most of the basic functions not working. The car was returned to services 2 times in first 2 months and dealership refused to bear the maintenance and checking cost. We were disappointed about the quality of an approved used car which big gaps between front door trims and gap in bumper found. A nightmare!
