Quality Car! Quality Staff!

Been 1 whole year and the car has been beyond perfect! Plus we got it for an absolute steal. Everything about the purchase, from the staff to the vehicle(2016 Ford Ka+) was simply fantastic and it surpassed all our expectations. Of course, I was quite apprehensive about buying from a small dealer in Birmingham, hearing all those horrifying stories of stolen and written off cars but we are now sure to be going back to Ace4Cars if we ever need a car! The guy(not sure of his name as this was a year ago) was simply the prime example of what a car salesman should be! He was kind, trustworthy, and reasonable but most importantly not pressuring, he was just a chill, down-to-earth guy and it was an absolute pleasure doing business. The experience was exemplary too, being left to ourselves to completely check over the car and being allowed to test drive freely. We gained trust in the company because they weren't hiding anything from us. At the same time, we were viewing a similar car from a Ford Main dealer which was severely over-priced and had a very sketchy engine! The car was also beyond amazing! Had no problems with it since I bought it. It has been an amazing little car that I am very happy I purchased off Ace4Cars. Lesson - Small dealers are not scams, the big ones are! Bottom line - Ace4Cars served us with an amazing vehicle for a great price! If you are hesitant to buy from Ace4Cars, don't be - they are fantastic!
