My point of contact at Shellbourne was Noel as I was considering purchasing a new car. Noel was extremely knowledgeable and courteous and able to answer all my queries about the car I was interested in. He showed me the various options re purchasing the car. We agreed a price of trade in on my old car. When I called at Sherbourne Portadown to collect my new car Noel demonstrated his knowledge with a very easy to understand hand over fully explaining the different controls of my new car which made me feel more confident in driving away.
