Myself and my boyfriend were looking for a caravan and decided to take advantage of the New Year's Day sale that was recently on. We went down and found a caravan we loved. It all looked great and seemed to have no issues. When we asked if there were any issues or anything we needed to know about we were told that there was nothing and everything was fine. We asked if they had all the keys for the caravan and were told yes, all the keys were there. Satisfied with this we decided to buy the caravan and got a great deal, even managing to get free delivery. Imagine our surprise then when the caravan was delivered to us today and we discovered that not only was the lock on the door broken so we could not even lock the thing, but the keys provided do not even fit one lock on the whole caravan! When we called the dealership to ask about this we were told it was not their problem and they seemed to completely disregard the fact that they had told us there were no issues or anything we should know about. We then discovered that the step and caravan leg winder we were promised would be thrown in were not in the caravan. Again when we called about this we were told that we would have to come and pick it up ourselves which was not possible as we live miles away and do not own a car. Overall these people are basically not honest and I would not trust them again or recommend them to anyone. They are nothing but a bunch of liars and we are now having to spend extra money fixing the issues we were not warned about. There was also no tank in the chemical toilet, despite the fact that I am certain there was one when we initially looked at it. Do not waste your money at Milford Caravan Park.
