Shocking company

Supplied me a faulty car that could’ve killed me and my family…My 9 yr old daughter was in the car and it has affected her so much, I refused to drive the car ever again .. Alphabet were nothing short of a disgrace in helping me .. Completely ignored me for 2 weeks . I was pushed from person to person .. they ignored my phone calls, emails .. and only started to listen after I complained . They agreed to cancel lease for free , then I start getting invoices demanding money .. constantly had to call to sort out problems . Company is a shambles. I had to arrange collection of car after they failed to collect it at arranged time . Agreed I would be getting partial refund .. Now they say I owe them money .. Now I’m hearing as a good will gesture ..they will wave fees .. Car was in garage for 2 weeks and Alphabet want to charge me for this .. !!! This company is a disgrace !!
