Purchased a QQ from Shoreline, drove off down the road and there was clearly a problem with the clutch so I drove straight back, I was offered a full refund or a repair. I chose the repair and collected the car a week later. Great customer service and communication, couldn’t fault them and would highly recommend. I run my own small business so understand that things don’t always go to plan, but thank you Anthony, you were the consummate professional.
