Could not believe a car garage Operated

Customer service and attitude needs a lot of work there had one week to service and detail a car for customer pick up none of the above was done basically I would lied to all week when I rang up and asked if the car was gonna be ready on that Friday for Pickup I was assured everything would be sorted and taken care of l was sitting in the office on the day when they drove it up onto the ramp nothing had been done had also ordered the wrong tires plus they had damage the front bumper also the car was dirty and wasn’t serviced When I declined to take it she offered me a courtesy car which was filthy with two bald front tires an accident waiting to happen l will not be buying a car from this garage buyers watch out
