Disgraceful customer service

My.19 year old daughter is studying at Coventry University we live in South Wales yesterday she had the misfortune to visit Brandish Vauxhall where she needed her locking wheel nut loosened to have a tyre changed and she was told she had to buy a new one for £40, which might not be a lot of money to you but for her it is. Yesterday I contacted the complaints line and I am still waiting for a response, I also spoke to the garage via the chat option again I was told a manager would ring me back again still waiting! You advertise Vauxhall as a company who has great service yet the truth is you have no customer service, no-one rings you back and no-one deals with problems until resolution it is shocking. She visited both Halfords and National Tyre and was told that Vauxhall have a master key and could do this for her. If as I have been told by one of your service managers that this is untrue then you really must stop these companies lying. My daughter now has to drive back to South Wales to get her locking wheel nut. All it would of taken if 5 minutes of someone's time to help a young lady. But Vauxhall chose to go for the money grab.  I will telling my experience to friends and family far and wide and on social media so people really know your customer service.
