The VW at drift bridge is ran by amateurs straight out of their B-tec course. The Audi side is slightly better but not much. Went to Mercedes in Epsom and the difference in staff is dramatic. Spoken to very nicely by a well dressed man who made me feel welcome there. Go to VW if you want a headache.
